A small note on the service at Gown and Glory; it was fantastic! It was a great pleasure to get personal attention and Angela's honest opinion on dresses that I was trying on. It was a wonderful experience. The diffence between a pushy, busy large bridal salon and a more intimate boutique such as Gown and Glory relly showed as Angela welcomes us and my guests got to take a seat on a beautfiul (and comfy!) couch. We have had a few horrible experiences in the past where people at the big stores did not want to give us the time of day. They would barely talk to us or spend any time at all showing us their dresses. You went above and beyond for us today. Angela Kerry at Gown and Glory amazingly fantastic. She hands down delivered the absolute best customer service that I’ve experienced while planning my wedding to date. 
I live in Boston, MA so was trying to buy a particular Vera Wang dress from Angela long distance. I knew a lot about the dress since I tried it on a few times at the salon so over a period of about a month I put Angela through the ringer asking tons of very detailed questions about the dress - so detailed that at one point she had to ask the consigner to call the Vera Wang salon to get some of the answers. Angela answered every single one of my questions with remarkably pleasant professionalism, impressive thoroughness, clarity and attention to detail. In addition, NEVER did she make me feel like I was imposing with all my questions.
Angela also earned my trust by being so forthcoming about the dresses minor flaws. She described in detail every minute flaw on the dress to make sure I was comfortable with what I would be getting. In fact, on two separate occasions, she even unpacked the gown and took pictures of each the flaws in different lighting to show me the range of their “noticeabliltiy”. WOW! We’re talking about a woman who delivers UNPARALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY. 
Especially to long distance buyers... Angela is someone you can trust in the jungle of online wedding dress websites. I can't recommend her enough! She really will blow you away with her customer service. Laura, Boston
